Copyright Agreement

Authors maintain the copyright for their papers, and all open-access articles are distributed under the terms of the “Creative Commons Attribution License, CC BY 4.0”.

This license grants users the right to copy, use, distribute, transmit, and publicly showcase the work. It also allows for the creation and distribution of derivative works in any digital presentation, as long as proper credit is given to the original author.

The information in the journals is believed to be accurate and true as of the date of publication. Neither, the editors, nor the Guinness Press can assume legal responsibility for any errors or omissions that may occur.

The publisher provides no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the material contained herein.

Guinness Press Journals advocates for authors' rights to share, disseminate, and amplify the impact of their research. These rights are outlined as follows:

• Copyright for any open-access article in a journal published by Guinness Press Journals remains with the author(s).

• Authors provide Guinness Press Journals with a license to publish the article.

• Authors also grant any third party the right to use the article freely, as long as its integrity is preserved and its original authors, citation details, and publisher are acknowledged.

• Authors retain patent and trademark rights.

• Authors are free to reuse their material in new works without requiring permission or payment, provided full acknowledgment of the original article.
